I don't even like tea, to be honest, but the magic of it's transformation got me hooked.The tea is a hand made ball of green or white tea leaves, crafty put together with colorful flowers, to make a huge impact when it opens in front of your eyes, when in contact with boiling water.
In China (where they invented it), they even have competitions, to figure out who can make the most intricate, prettiest tea flower.
Of course you have to have a glass tea pot to be able to appreciate the ballet it performs when opening.
