We are already home, but I do have some tales to share before we move on with the stories.
The funniest moments wehad at the hospital, were without a doubt, our walks through the halls. In one of these escapades, Lia asked me what was the neighborhood where the hospital was.I stopped a doctor who walked down the hall.- What neighborhood is this?the guy looked scared- Can you tell me which is the neighborhood where this hospital is?- I do not understand (in perfect English)I pointed to one direction. That way is Buddaya. What neighborhood is this one, where the hospital is? Where are we now?- Oh ... You are in the corridor.I thought I'd end the conversation right there. This wasn't going to go far.
Another time I was approached by another doctor willing to offer me his services, he alsogave me his phone and made sure I wrote it down correctly on my phone (do you think they undergo a practical training for chasing patients in halls?)This time the guy was a neurosurgeon. Get out of here, man! I hope I never, never need your services ...
