It is raining in Bahrain. It is 3 am and Lia, my youngest (11) is outside, running and laughing (soon the neigbors will start complaining).
You may find it strange, but if you did live in the Middle East, you would understand. Rain is very rare here. So rare that we don't have public drains. When the water comes down, we wait for nature to take care of it.
Plants have to be artificially watered. Trucks of water go around every day, watering the public greenery!
